We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded and student-focused Campus Manager to establish and lead our Melbourne campus. This role combinescampusleadership, operational management, stakeholder engagement, compliance oversight and business development. Candidates with the ability to contribute to training delivery in high-demand disciplines will be highly regarded.

About the Role

AsCampusManager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and success of theMelbournecampus, ensuring an outstanding student experience while supporting growth, compliance and operational excellence.

Working closely with the executive team, you will develop industry partnerships, support student recruitment initiatives, oversee training operations, and help position ACBI as a leading provider of vocational education and training inMelbourne.

Key Responsibilities

Campus Operations & Leadership

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Melbourne campus.

Foster a positive,



inclusive and student-centred learning environment.

Ensure compliance with ACBI policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Oversee campus facilities, resources, timetabling and operational activities.

Monitor student engagement, retention and completion outcomes.

Lead and support campus staff and trainers

Assist in workforce planning and campus resource management

Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability and professionalism

Business Development & Industry Engagement

Build and maintain relationships with employers, industry bodies and community stakeholders.

Identify opportunities for partnerships, corporate training and workforce development initiatives.

Support student recruitment, marketing and business growth activities.

Represent ACBI at networking, industry and community events.

Develop pathways that strengthen graduate employment outcomes.

Academic Quality & Training Delivery Support

Support the recruitment, onboarding and professional development of trainers and assessors.

Monitor training quality and student satisfaction outcomes.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and academic quality assurance processes.

Where appropriate, deliver training and assessment within your area of expertise.





Support the launch and growth of new training programs and cohorts aligned with industry demand.

About You

To be successful in this role, you have:

Demonstrated leadership experience within education, training, business or a related sector.

Robust operational management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience building relationships with industry and community partners.

Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.

A commitment to student success and educational excellence.

The ability to work independently while contributing to broader organisational goals.

Demonstrated experience in a leadership, management or operational role.

TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).

Knowledge of the Australian Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.

Demonstrated training and assessment experience in at least one or more of the following vocational disciplines: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cyber Security, Digital Marketing, Leadership or related Digital Technologies.

Strong business development and stakeholder engagement capability.

Valid Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
