Videographer & Content Creator (Part-Time)

Enhance Education is a specialist HSC Biology tutoring centre that's growing fast. We're looking for a social-media-native content creator to capture the energy of our centre and turn it into scroll-stopping short-form video.

This is a camera-in-hand role. You'll be on-site at our new premises filming student life, testimonials, events, vlogs, and behind-the-scenes content, then editing it into polished Reels, TikToks, and Shorts. We provide all the gear.

This role starts as a hands-on production position (shooting, scripting, editing). Over time, it will expand into broader marketing responsibilities as the team grows. We're looking for someone who wants to start behind the camera and eventually own more of the content strategy.

What you'll do

- Shoot short-form video content on-site: student moments, tutor highlights, event coverage, centre vlogs, before-and-after transformations
- Edit content into platform-ready posts (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Work with editing tools (we'll train you on our preferred software, but previous experience with Premiere or CapCut is welcome)
- Film student testimonials and success stories
- Capture content for campaigns: grand opening, graduation events etc.
- Collaborate with the founders on content direction and ideas
- Maintain a consistent visual style that matches our brand

Working hours

Flexible, approximately 20–25 hours/week. Schedule varies based on shoot needs (classes, events, key moments).



Some weekend availability required since that's when students are in. This role has a clear pathway to full-time for the right person after 6 months.

Who you are

- You think in Reels and TikToks, not corporate video
- Strong eye for composition, lighting and pacing in short-form content
- Comfortable on-site, in-the-moment, and able to find the shot without heavy direction
- Open to learning new tools: we use AI editing software, not traditional editors
- Reliable and self-directed (you'll often be the only creative in the room)
- Genuinely interested in education or youth-facing content is a plus

- Someone who is not willing to adapt to new software and gear
- A strategist or ads manager (this is a creation role, not a desk role)
