Join Our Team – Wait & Bar Staff (Casual)

Location: Kondalilla Restaurant, Kondalilla Eco Resort, Flaxton, Sunshine Coast Hinterland, QLD

What We're Looking For:

- Experience bartending including making cocktails
- Previous hospitality experience with: section serving, greeting guests and escorting them to their tables, presenting menus and explaining menu items, taking F & B orders accurately & efficiently, following directions and using initiative
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining the Restaurant's high service standards it has become known for
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.



Collaborating with management, kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and seamless service
- Adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Anticipating guests' needs and providing attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Be available to work Thursday to Sunday for service and events
