What you'll be doing

- Managing your own portfolio of insurance matters, including personal injury claims
- Drafting court documents, correspondence and legal advice
- Managing your own file load with autonomy, while supervising and delegating to junior lawyers
- Working closely with Partners on complex claims to deepen your expertise




- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives

What we're looking for

- 4+ years’ PAE in insurance litigation or personal injury law
- Ability to manage files autonomously while effectively delegating tasks
- Excellent drafting skills with the ability to communicate clearly in plain English
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence dealing with clients, insurers and courts
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude and a collaborative team mindset
- Genuine interest in developing your career within the insurance sector
