The Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron is seeking an enthusiastic and hands‑on Hospitality Supervisor to join our team, primarily based in Careening Cove Anchorage (CCA) – our relaxed, family‑friendly waterfront dining venue.

Working alongside an experienced hospitality team, you'll lead by example on the floor, supporting daily operations while ensuring every member and guest enjoys exceptional service. This is a role for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, inspire their team and help create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps members coming back.

About the role

- Lead and motivate the front‑of‑house team during service
- Deliver outstanding member and guest experiences every day
- Support the day‑to‑day operations of CCA
- Coach,



train and develop team members
- Ensure high standards of service, presentation and cleanliness
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and wider hospitality team

About you

- Previous hospitality supervisory experience
- A positive, hands‑on leadership style
- Excellent communication and team‑building skills
- Ability to thrive in a busy service workplace
- Availability to work a rotating roster including evenings and weekends

This is a full‑time position offering the opportunity to work in one of Sydney's most picturesque waterfront locations, within a supportive team that genuinely enjoys what they do. The hours involve weekend and evening work.
