This is a unique opportunity to lead one of the premier alpine hospitality properties in the region. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and management of the hotel, ensuring that our esteemed reputation for excellence is upheld and enhanced.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the daily operations of Astra Falls Creek, ensuring exceptional guest experiences

- Oversee all departments, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services

- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, revenue, and operational efficiency

- Maintain high standards of hospitality and service throughout the hotel

- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and achieve financial targets

- Foster a positive work environment,

Requirements
