The Role

As a Housekeeping Attendant at Onsen, you are an integral member of our team with a sharp eye for detail. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of comfort, servicing our premium wellness spaces - including our traditional onsen, saunas, and cold plunges - and attending promptly to member requests.

In this role, you will:

- Provide the highest quality standard of comfort and cleanliness across all wellness facilities in accordance with Onsen policies and Forbes standards.
- Deliver excellent service to both members and internal team members.
- Handle all member inquiries and feedback in a courteous, productive manner,



collaborating closely with the Housekeeping leadership team.
- Manage daily chemical and cleaning supplies safely and correctly, ensuring specialised care for unique wellness surfaces.
- Maintain pristine conditions across the bathhouse, saunas, plunge pools, pantries, storage cabinets, and facilities.

Talent Profile

- Experience in a similar role within luxury hotels, premium wellness centres, or high-end members' clubs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a personable character; a true team player who excels at cultivating member relations.
- Basic spoken English.
- Strong knowledge of luxury cleaning procedures, chemicals, and specialised wellness surfaces.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
