We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to partner with leaders, influence workforce strategy and help build a high-performing, engaged and capable workforce.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Partnering with leaders to deliver workforce planning, talent and succession strategies

- Coaching and developing leaders to build high-performing teams and strong people management practices





- Managing complex employee and industrial relations matters while ensuring legislative and award compliance

- Leading organisational change, workforce improvement initiatives and people-focused projects that support business performance

About You

You are a strategic and collaborative HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders to solve complex workforce challenges and deliver meaningful organisational outcomes.

You'll bring

- Experience in a HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or similar role
- Strong employee and industrial relations expertise
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation and modern awards
- Experience coaching and influencing leaders to build capability and accountability
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with practical outcomes
- Experience within disability, aged care, health or community services, and knowledge of the SCHADS Award, will be highly regarded.
