About the Role The HR Coordinator, known internally as the People Coordinator, supports the end-to-end employee life cycle and keeps people operations running smoothly across Hola Central, Corporate Restaurants, and Franchise Restaurants. You'll be the first line of support for HR enquiries across the GYG network.

What You'll Do

- Oversee and approve employment contracts for current employees, and verify work rights compliance
- Coach and support Hiring Managers across Hola Central and Corporate Restaurants through pre-boarding, onboarding, and 30/60/90-day check-ins
- Manage the People Team inbox and phone hotline, actioning general enquiries and triaging complex ones to People Business Partners or the Head of People Services
- Produce employment confirmation and reference letters,



and answer queries on contracts, policy, systems, and the Fast Food Industry Award
- Facilitate training sessions on Workday and Tanda for teams across Hola Central, Corporate Restaurants, and Franchise Restaurants
- Run VEVO checks and manage visa compliance through the CheckWorkRights platform
- Review and approve job changes, terminations, and one-time payments in Workday ahead of payroll deadlines
- Monitor system integrations across the people tech stack and escalate errors before they become problems

What You'll Bring

- Experience in a similar HR Coordinator or HR Administrator role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good knowledge of people systems including Workday, Zendesk, and/or Tanda
