We're working with a growing mechanical services contractor delivering HVAC projects up to $6m across Brisbane, with travel across sites as part of the role. They're looking to bring on a Site Manager who can take real ownership of delivery - not just follow instructions.

The role

- Run day-to-day site delivery on HVAC projects up to $6m
- Coordinate subcontractors, program and quality across live commercial installs
- Liaise directly with clients, consultants and the project delivery team
- Genuine input into scheduling and site sequencing

You'll bring





- Proven HVAC/mechanical site management experience on commercial projects
- Robust subcontractor coordination and program management skills
- A track record of clean handovers and quality-driven delivery
- Relevant trade or technical background in mechanical services
