Kempe Engineering are seeking experienced Hydraulic Technicians to join our Brisbane-based team. If you are confident diagnosing faults, rebuilding components, and working on mobile or industrial hydraulic systems — we want to hear from you.
This is a hands-on role offering variety across workshop and field service work, with strong earning potential and long-term career stability. The Role
Diagnosing and repairing hydraulic faults
Rebuilding cylinders, pumps, motors and valves
Reading and interpreting hydraulic schematics
Hose assembly and pressure testing
Performing preventative maintenance and breakdown response
Maintaining high safety and quality standards
Completing service reports and documentation What We’re Looking For
Trade qualified (Cert III Engineering – Mechanical or similar preferred)
Minimum 3+ years hydraulic experience
Strong fault-finding skills
Experience with mobile plant, industrial or high-pressure systems
Ability to read hydraulic schematics
Current driver’s license
Australian work rights Highly Regarded
Field service experience
Forklift / EWP / White Card
Experience with brands such as Parker, Bosch Rexroth, Eaton, Hydac What’s On Offer
