Property, Construction & Facilities Procurement | National Portfolio

Galvin-Rowley Executive has been engaged to appoint a Procurement Portfolio Manager - Property & Facilities for a leading Australian enterprise. This newly created role will support procurement outcomes across property, construction, store development, refurbishment programs, operational infrastructure and facilities management services.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage sourcing across construction, property and facilities categories
- Support contractor and supplier governance frameworks
- Deliver procurement portfolio reporting, project visibility and risk tracking
- Prepare tender documentation, cost models and commercial evaluations
- Partner with Property, Operations, Logistics, Finance and Risk stakeholders
- Support cost optimisation across capital works, maintenance and service contracts

About You

You will bring procurement, sourcing or commercial experience within property, construction, infrastructure or facilities environments. You will understand contractor models, service agreements, project procurement and stakeholder-led delivery.
