Nudie Glow is Australia's leading K-beauty retailer, dedicated to helping everyone feel confident in their own glowing skin.

We’re looking for passionate and experienced Retail Assistants to join our team over the Christmas period (November - December) with potential for an ongoing role!

About the Role

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be the face of Nudie Glow, assisting customers in discovering their perfect skincare routine, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and keeping our store welcoming and well-stocked. If you’re passionate about beauty, love interacting with people, and thrive in a rapid-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

On any given day, you will:

- Provide outstanding service by assisting customers with inquiries, offering product recommendations, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience.
- Assist with daily store operations, including restocking shelves and maintaining visual standards.
- Support in maintaining a clean and organised store environment.




- Collaborate with the team to actively promote and sell products to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system, including cash handling and card payments.

What You’ll Bring to this Role

- Previous retail experience (beauty industry experience is a bonus!).
- Providing amazing and friendly customer service by connecting with customers with an upbeat attitude.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries related to beauty, skincare and fragrance insightfully and professionally.
- Confidence and an understanding of K Beauty to promote and sell products.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling. (1 year preferred)
- A keen interest in beauty and skincare products (K-beauty knowledge is a plus!).
