Role Purpose

Design, build, test, and implement automation for the future-state Local Administrator Access operating model, replacing manual processes with scalable workflows and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Automate Local Admin request, validation, approval, fulfilment, monitoring, and removal workflows.
- Develop integrations across Jira, SailPoint, endpoint management, identity, and approval platforms using APIs/connectors.
- Translate business requirements into technical automation solutions and reusable workflow components.
- Automate notifications, escalations, reporting, governance, and exception handling.
- Conduct testing, deployment, defect resolution, and transition solutions into operational support.
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience, reduce manual effort, and optimise workflows.
