We are seeking an experienced and motivated ICT Services Manager - Regulatory Delivery to join the Digital Services team. As an ICT Services Manager - Regulatory Delivery, you will lead the ownership, governance and continuous improvement of the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission’s (ACNC) regulatory delivery platforms, including the Charity Register, Charity Portal and associated business systems. You’ll ensure the ACNC’s digital services support the effective delivery of regulatory functions through secure, reliable, and user focused solutions.
Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will maintain a robust focus on public trust, service quality, usability and operational effectiveness, ensuring changes to systems and services align with organisational priorities and regulatory requirements.
You’ll lead the strategic evolution of the regulatory delivery ecosystem, translating regulatory, policy and operational requirements into digital solutions that improve services for charities, the public and the ACNC. This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Melbourne CBD.
