As a Career Coach at Breakthru,



you’ll support individuals with disability, injury or health conditions as they prepare for a meaningful career. Working as part of a dedicated and team-oriented team, you’ll guide people through the job-readiness journey - helping them build confidence, develop skills, and achieve their career goals.

From the first conversation to job application and interview preparation, you’ll be there every step of the way - empowering individuals to take control of their future and feel ready to step into the workforce.

Key responsibilities include:

- Working closely with clients as they plan their next career steps, providing support to find the right job along the way.
- Build strong relationships to understand each client’s goals, strengths, and support needs.
- Provide tailored coaching and regular check-ins to maintain motivation and progress.
