About the role

We're seeking experienced Implementation Consultants to join our group across Australia.

Skills we're looking for:

- Specialised Rostering: Proven experience managing complex, high-volume rostering and scheduling specifically in the Health or Aged Care sector.

- Compliance Expertise: Strong industry knowledge of relevant labour laws, Award compliance, and clinical staffing models.

- Workforce Management Expertise: Hands-on Dayforce experience (implementation projects or client-side experience)

Key capabilities:

- Clear Communication: Naturally connect with people at every level, adjusting your style from conversational to direct as needed.

- Strategic Problem-Solving: Break down complex challenges into manageable steps and skillfully guide people through resolution.
