Yes, a lot of it is repetitive. Here's a tighter version that cuts the overlap between sections:
In-House Graphic Designer
ServiceCo is the team behind multiple health brands, including First or Nothing, one of Australia's fastest-growing health and nutrition brands. FON is our flagship: premium protein, wellness products, DTC, subscription and retail. We're scaling fast, expanding internationally, and building the creative layer properly. This role spans FON and future ServiceCo brands.
The role
We're looking for an In-House Graphic Designer to take ownership of day-to-day design output. This is not a junior role.
This role sits at the intersection of brand and performance. You'll design creative that needs to look positive and convert: paid social, landing pages, email, DTC assets. A working understanding of CRO principles, what drives conversion, and how to read performance data to inform creative decisions is genuinely important here.
AI fluency matters too. We want someone already using AI in their workflow,
not as a replacement for taste or craft, but to move faster, explore more options and reduce production drag.
You'll work closely with the Director and marketing team, but this isn't a role for someone who needs perfect briefs. Some work will be clearly directed. Some will be fast and messy. You'll work across packaging, collateral, email, campaign assets, landing pages, paid social, performance creative, decks and whatever else the business needs.
If you want slow timelines and narrow ownership, this isn't it. If you want to be close to the product and see your work go live across a fast-growing business, it is.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years across brand design, graphic design, digital design, packaging or creative production.
- Confident in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Asana is a bonus.
- Already using AI tools in your workflow (Claude, Midjourney, Fir
