Role Description The Information Technology Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Sydney Area. This position is responsible for providing hands-on technical support, including diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for business clients. Daily tasks include responding to support tickets, performing onsite visits, installing and configuring equipment, and assisting with server and cloud setting maintenance.

The technician will collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of incidents, deliver clear communication to customers,



and document solutions and procedures. The role may also involve assisting with end-user training, contributing to service improvements, and supporting other IT projects as needed.

Qualifications

Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve common hardware, software, and network issues.

Solid foundation in information technology concepts and practices, including operating systems, basic networking, and end-user computing environments.

Effective customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally to non-technical users.

Experience providing user training or guidance on systems, applications, and best practices in an IT environment.

Relevant IT certifications or equivalent practical experience would be an advantage.

Ability to work on-site across the Greater Sydney Area, manage priorities, and operate independently as well as within a team.

Familiarity with server hosting, cloud computing, or internet services is an advantage.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
