The firm is steadily growing, and they’re looking for someone with 3–5 years of experience in public practice who’s ready to deepen their technical expertise and step further into advisory.

About the Role

This role will see you working closely with the manager, Steven, to manage workflow and support a range of clients. The work is mostly compliance-based but with room for growth into advisory as your skills and confidence develop.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Preparing and reviewing BAS, tax returns, and financials for companies, trusts,



and individuals
- Liaising with clients to collect and clarify information
- Responding to client queries (depending on your confidence and communication style)
- Working with the team to resolve tax issues, Div7A, and general compliance matters
- Identifying when to escape questions or outsource complex matters
- Time entry and general workflow management
