Your new company A leading Healthcare organisation requires an Infrastructure Team Lead for a permanent opportunity commencing ASAP to be based in Melbourne CBD. Your new role In this exciting new role, you will be:

- Leading a team focused on the design, implementation and optimisation of on-premise infrastructure and hybrid cloud solutions.
- Driving operational excellence through modernisation and best practice implementation.
- Managing a team of 5 engineers.
- Leading infrastructure-related projects and contributing to strategic planning.
- Ensuring high availability and performance of core systems and platforms.
- Overseeing vendor relationships and service delivery.
- Coaching and developing a high-performing infrastructure team.
- Maintaining business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Designing and implementing automation frameworks.





What you'll need to succeed To be successful in your application, you will need:

- Proven experience in people leadership.
- Strong technical knowledge of virtualisation, storage, servers and data centre operations.
- Proficiency in automation and scripting tools such (i.e. Python, PowerShell, Ansible, etc)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology, as well as VMware, Pure Storage, HPE, Dell, Azure and ITIL certifications are advantageous.
