Role

As Geely Auto Australia enters a critical growth phase, building a robust, scalable, and commercially driven national parts and accessories function is essential to supporting dealer success, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring business continuity.

This role goes beyond traditional parts operations, taking full ownership of both parts and accessories performance, including commercial outcomes, customer experience, and dealer profitability.

The National Parts & Accessories Manager will lead the development of a high-performing, data-driven, and customer-centric operation, ensuring strong service delivery, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth. Key responsibilities:

Strategy & Commercial Ownership Assessing current technology trends, evaluating and design IT roadmap, and making strategic design to ensure IT to support business growth and efficiency.





Oversee IT operation governance to ensure the IT service deliverable meets the company business operation demand, including but not limited to software, hardware, network, cyber security, and data compliance.

Planning, executing and tracking IT projects with standard project management methodology, to ensure the project progress goals including timelines, cost, deliverables are in control to meet the plan.

Developing and enforcing IT policies, procedures, governance frameworks, security standards for the best practices of data privacy, cyber security, access controls, and IT risk management.

Cross functional collaboration to merge requirement from different department with insight explorations to develop technical solutions

Optimize IT processes to improve efficiency, performance, end user experience and help company to reduce operation cost.

Responsible to set up and continuously optimize the ITIL processes including event management, std request process management, incident process management, change & release process management, problem process management and configuration management, VIP support management. And Design and build the IT service platform toconsolidate the processes

Responsible to coordinate with different teams to provide end-user support, services include L1 support of all applications, maintaining computers, printers, mobile devices, IP phones, conference systems, etc., to ensure timely and effective service delivery with outsource partners or 3rd parties.





Responsible to manage all the vendors or partners with SLA to ensure the service quality with periodically deliverables measurement when certain IT service is outsourced to vendors or 3 parties.

Supervise email account and domain account establishment, cancellation, authority management, assist to maintain computer hardware. inventory control.

Response for training the team and upgrading technical knowledge for new comers or new employee onboarding events. Coordinate online meetings to ensure effective service delivery

Response to support projects or ad-hoc tasks

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Operational system (DMS, CRM…etc.) in cooperation with the headquarters. Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology /Automation areas.

At least 5 years of experience in IT service operations in Australia. Good understanding on general IT solution delivery process with relevant experience

Have solid IT project management skill and experience playing IT project manager’s role of new site launch projects.

Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure and application development is a plus.

Working experience in automotive industry would be preferred.

Have knowledge about IT governance and compliance

Good communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of business functions i.e. finance, supply chain management as a plus.

Be self-motivated and quick learner, excellent team player with strong influencing skills.

Good written and oral communication skills in English.
