Impact Care Solutions is seeking compassionate Therapeutic Care / Youth Workers to deliver trauma-informed support to young people in OOHC. This casual role focuses on stability, guidance, and building positive behaviours across a 24/7 roster, including sleepovers and weekends.

You will develop trusting relationships, apply de-escalation strategies, support daily routines and life skills, and work with diverse families.
