As our Youth Support Coordinator, you’ll connect at‑risk students with the right services, supports and opportunities to help them overcomebarriers to learning. You’ll provide tailored one‑on‑one guidance, meaningful case management and engaging group support to help students re‑connect, thrive and stay engaged in education and training.
Thisposition is being offered in a Temporary Part time capacity (0.5 FTE), 36.25 hours per fortnight.

About the role:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Identify barriers to young people achieving outcomes and referral to appropriate support services.
- Maintain records of student contact on a daily basis.
- Support students to achieve satisfactory learning outcomes.
- Develop and monitor post program support as required to meet program performance criteria.
- Develop and foster relationships between the school and families of students to assist at risk students to remain engaged with education or training.
