We are seeking a Dental Receptionist with Dental Assistant skills to join our thriving dental practice in Windsor, QLD. As a key member of our team, you will:

Man the front desk to be the first point of contact with our patients, actively manage the books and run day to day practice logistics under the direction of our Practice Manager

Work chairside along with our dentists to deliver outstanding patient care

The role is initially 3 days a week (Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays) with no late evenings. The role will initially be a casual position with the option to transition to permanent part time.

Most appointments are 60 minutes. This allows us to create a genuine rapport with our patients and provide quality care

We collaborate with GPs, community bodies and other health professionals to provide comprehensive care

We run dental rescue days for vulnerable members in the community to provide dental care at no cost

Our clinic is a modern state of the art facility with cutting edge technology including photo biomodulation, CBCT and laser

What we're looking for

Solid front office skills including a high level of computer literacy.

Outstanding administrative and organisation skills that allow you to work autonomously without micro-management.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow and execute established protocols for service delivery.

At least 12 months experience in dental assisting. Certificate 3 or 4 in Dental Assisting is desirable but not mandatory.
