As the Recruitment & Workforce Coordinator, you'll havethe privilege of supporting leaders, employees and candidates through some ofthe most important moments in their employment journey. Working as part of the People & Culture seniorleadership team, you'll collaborate closely with your peers to delivercontemporary People & Culture services and strategic workforce initiativesthat support Council's long-term vision. You'll lead a capable team acrossrecruitment, workforce planning, HR administration and HR systems, whileremaining hands-on—coaching, supporting and working alongside your team todeliver outstanding service.

What we will offer you
- Permanent, full-time position.
- Remuneration of $4,049.12 gross per fortnight,with the opportunity to progress to $4,858.94 gross per fortnight, plus 12%superannuation.

Duties of this position will include, but are not limitedto
As the Recruitment & Workforce Coordinator, you will:
- Lead,mentor and work alongside a team of People & Culture professionals todeliver high-quality recruitment, workforce planning,
HR administrationand HR systems services.
- Partnerwith leaders across Council to provide contemporary People & Cultureadvice and support across recruitment, workforce planning, performancemanagement and workplace change.
- LeadCouncil's end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring anexceptional experience for candidates, hiring managers and employees.
- Coordinateworkforce planning, reporting and strategic workforce initiatives, usingworkforce data and insights to support informed decision-making.
- Drivecontinuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance People& Culture systems, processes and service delivery, including Council'sHRIS.
- Collaborateacross the People & Culture leadership team to deliver organisationalpriorities and initiatives that strengthen Council's workforce capabilityand employee experience.
- Buildcapability and strong relationships by coaching leaders, supporting yourteam and fostering a customer-focused, collaborative culture.
You'll be successful in this role if you:
- Havedemonstrated experience leading People & Culture functions, includingrecruitment, workforce planning and HR operations.
- Buildstrong relationships and communicate confidently with people at alllevels.
- Balancestrategic thinking with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
- Usedata and insights to inform decisions and identify opportunities forimprovement.
- Enjoydeveloping people, working collaboratively and delivering outstandingcustomer service.

- Thisrole operates in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities andchanging demands. Describe a time when you successfully balanced operationalservice delivery with strategic priorities. How did you prioritise your work,support your team and ensure quality outcomes for your customers?
