Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Australia with Aqualogic Laundry Systems.

The Job

Title will support the design, delivery, and maintenance of commercial laundry solutions for customers, including coordinating equipment installations, monitoring performance, and assisting with troubleshooting and after-sales service. Day-to-day responsibilities may include collaborating with internal teams and clients, preparing documentation and reports, and ensuring that projects meet quality, safety, and operational standards. The role involves engaging with customers in person and by phone or email, understanding their requirements,



and helping tailor solutions that improve efficiency and reliability in their laundry operations.

The position may also contribute to process improvements, training support, and continuous enhancement of customer experience.

Qualifications

Relevant technical, engineering, or trade skills related to commercial equipment, facilities, or industrial systems.

Strong problem-solving abilities, with experience in diagnostics, maintenance, or troubleshooting mechanical or electrical issues.

Customer service and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and build collaborative relationships.

Organizational and time-management skills to coordinate multiple projects, tasks, and priorities in a rapid-paced environment.

Basic computer literacy for documentation, reporting, and use of business systems and tools.

Previous experience in commercial laundry, hospitality, healthcare, or related industries is advantageous.

Ability to work safely on-site, follow procedures, and comply with relevant workplace health and safety requirements.

Valid work rights in Australia; a technical qualification, trade certification, or related diploma is preferred.
