Roots Childcare & Kindergarten is looking for enthusiastic, caring and motivated individuals who are passionate about working with children and want to start a rewarding career in Early Childhood Education.

We are currently offering Childcare Traineeships on both a Full-Time and Part-Time basis.

About the Traineeship

As a Childcare Trainee, you will:

- Gain hands-on experience working with children in a supportive and professional environment.
- Earn while you learn by completing a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Receive ongoing mentoring and support from experienced educators.
- Build the skills and knowledge needed for a long-term career in the early childhood sector.

Essential Requirements




- A genuine interest in Early Childhood Education.

- Commitment to completing a Certificate III qualification.
