? We’re Hiring: Junior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Junior Accountant to join our growing Finance & Accounting team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career accounting professionals who are looking to develop their technical accounting skills and gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.

The successful candidate will support daily accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and month-end closing activities while working closely with the Finance team.

? Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily accounting transactions and financial record-keeping.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform bank, supplier, customer, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, schedules, and management reports.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up on pending transactions.
- Assist with expense claims, reimbursements, and payment processing.
- Verify financial transactions and ensure proper supporting documentation is maintained.
- Assist with audit preparation and provide requested documents and schedules.
- Support tax-related documentation and compliance activities where required.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records within accounting software or ERP systems.
- Identify discrepancies or unusual transactions and escalate issues to senior accounting staff.
- Support the Finance Manager and accounting team with ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks.

✅ Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration,



or a related field is preferred.
- 0–2 years of accounting experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial information.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information professionally.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop skilled accounting skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
