? We’re Hiring: Junior Developer

We are seeking a motivated, curious, and detail-oriented Junior Developer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career developers who are passionate about software development, technology, and building reliable and scalable applications.

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to develop, test, maintain, and improve software applications while gaining hands-on experience in a professional development environment.

? Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain software applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- Write clean, effective, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Assist in designing and implementing new application features and functionality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues and technical problems.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established software development standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, designers, and other teams to deliver software solutions.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure software quality.
- Assist in improving application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Work with APIs, databases, and third-party services as required.
- Use version control systems such as Git to manage source code and development workflows.
- Maintain technical documentation and development records.
- Participate in development meetings, sprint planning, and other Agile activities.
- Stay updated on programming languages, frameworks, tools, and emerging technologies.
- Support continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and applications.

✅ Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.




- 0–2 years of experience in software development; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, C++, or similar.
- Understanding of software development concepts, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Understanding of REST APIs and web development concepts is an advantage.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, .NET, Spring, or similar is a plus.
- Strong analytical, logical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to writing high-quality code.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for software development, technology, and continuous learning.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
