ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide daily support to a Senior Property Manager.
- Assist with the day‑to‑day management of a residential portfolio.
- Coordinate maintenance requests with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Prepare and manage property documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and property files.
- Conduct routine inspections and assist with final inspections as required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants.
