About the Role

As a Junior Sales Associate/Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our lead agent with day-to-day operations while building your own skills to succeed in the real estate world. This position is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a passion for property and people.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Responding to email and phone enquiries promptly and professionally

- Managing inbound calls and providing excellent customer service

- Prospecting and following up with potential clients

- Organising and managing the agent’s diary and calendar

- Preparing and writing sales contracts

- Liaising with clients, settlement agents, and other stakeholders





- Assisting with general administrative tasks as required

What We’re Looking For:

- Energetic, motivated, and willing to learn

- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and positive attitude
- A current real estate registration/license is ideal (or willingness to obtain)

- Own car and valid driver’s license

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
