Full-time Social Content Producer role at Born Social. A creative social media marketing agency located in Port Melbourne, VIC. We are on the hunt for a creative, passionate individual with a passion for creating reels and TiKTok videos. The role is full-time and employee will be required to attend office 2 days per week (Tuesday & Thursday) + attend photo and video shoots on other days, often with travel around Australia.

Purpose of position: The Junior Social Content Producer role is integral to the dynamic operations of our digital marketing agency, focusing on a multifaceted approach to content creation across industries. This position encompasses a wide spectrum of responsibilities, including the creation of engaging LOFI content for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok, and collaboration on hi-fi content projects alongside our professional videography team. The role demands a proactive engagement in client liaison, from conceptualising shoot briefs to the final delivery of content, ensuring client visions are brought to life effectively.

Beyond content creation,



you may also support account management and influencer outreach, working closely with our team to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients’ social strategies. The role includes logistical elements such as prop sourcing, assisting on photo and video shoots, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our studio. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about content creation, has a strong eye for visual storytelling, and is excited to contribute to our clients’ success through creative and creative digital marketing.

Scope: To ideate, manage and shoot a range of content creation shoots for Born Social’s clients To edit Reels and TikTok videos for Born Social’s clients

Content strategy for clients To liaise with clients to work on shoot plans including selection of talent, location & contractors required (hair and makeup/stylists etc.) To assist with UGC creation and management of UGC creators

Will be responsible for own clients on content-only packages

Attending shoots where LOFI content is needed, and shooting, editing and delivering content To stay on top of current social media trends**

To assist with account management and influencer management for Born Social’s clients Core Tasks include, but are not limited to: LOFI content creation of various products and/or services for clients for their social media,



website and marketing materials.

Liaise with clients via phone and email to ensure their needs are met.

Work with other members of the Born Social team on various client projects.

Offer trend and video ideas to account managers for their clients.

Complete work within time and budget requirements.

Provide advice/guidance for areas of managerial improvement or systems required.

Assist in the planning, implementation and growth of Born Social’s content creation department.

Support other team members and promote a positive team environment.

Ensure all client work is managed in accordance with Born Social’s procedures.

Attendance both on and off-site when requested by management.

Be punctual at all times and strictly adhere to reporting deadlines.

Any other duties as directed by the employer.
