About the Chance: Casual positions are available for highly motivated Kitchen Hands to join our team. Support the chefs and ensure the cleanliness of the BOH area.

Main Role Responsibilities: Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and work areas

Provide assistance to the Chefs

Keep up with volume dishes while operating an industrial dishwasher The Ideal Candidate Must Have: Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand

Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment advantageous

Demonstrated organisational, time management skills





Must be able to endure the repetitive and physically demanding nature of the role

Available to work a rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays

OHS, food hygiene & safety understanding

Excellent communication & presentation

Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
