- Prepare and cook food in accordance with company recipes and food preparation standards.
- Assist with food preparation, including washing, cutting, portioning and storing ingredients.
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely and consistent manner.
- Maintain a valuable knowledge of the Taiwanese menu, including ingredients, preparation methods and cooking procedures.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements at all times.
- Keep kitchen areas, equipment and workstations clean, organised and hygienic.
- Monitor food supplies and assist with restocking ingredients and kitchen supplies when required.
- Assist with receiving, checking and storing deliveries appropriately.
- Work cooperatively with other kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow reasonable instructions from supervisors and assist with other kitchen duties as required.

Pay: $26.44 – $49.97 per hour
