About the role

Flexiforce Australia is seeking Labourers for a casual positions based in Southern Highlands NSW. These roles offer flexible work opportunities for individuals looking to contribute to various labour-based projects and tasks. As a Labourer, you will be a key part of our team, supporting the successful completion of diverse work assignments across different sites and sectors. These casual positions allow for flexibility in your work schedule whilst providing valuable employment experience.

What you'll be doing

- Performing general labouring tasks on assigned work sites

- Operating and maintaining tools and equipment safely and effectively

- Assisting with site preparation, material handling and transportation

- Supporting skilled tradespeople and supervisors with project requirements

- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety standards

- Following instructions from supervisors and adhering to company policies and procedures

- Responding to work requests and adapting to varying project demands

What we're looking for

- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks

- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors

- Solid commitment to health and safety on work sites

- Reliability and punctuality in attending assigned shifts

- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues

- Experience in labouring, construction or related trades is advantageous





- Current or willingness to obtain relevant certifications or licences as required for specific roles
