What You’ll Do

You will driveend-to-end design and implementationof APIs, microservices, and full-stack applications.

You will champion a“Build it, Own it, Run it”culture across the software lifecycle.

You will influencearchitecture and technical standardsacross multiple teams.

You will embedSRE and DevSecOps practices: observability, CI/CD, automated testing, security scanning.

You will collaborate with product and business stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.

You will leverageAI-powered tools(Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate delivery.

You will mentor engineers and uplift development practices not only in the crew but influence across crews.

What We’re Looking For

You will have proven experience incloud-native development (preferably AWS)andbanking domain systems.

You will have strong skills inprogramming languages like C#, React, TypeScript, and .Net framework





You will have expertise inmodern architectural patterns, system design,distributed systems, andsecure coding.

You will have familiarity withKafka, Redis, DynamoDB, containerisation (Docker), and observability tools.

AWS certification is highly regarded.

Leadership capabilities, including:

o Driving technical strategy and influencing architectural decisions across teams.

o Coaching and mentoring engineers to grow their technical and leadership skills.

o Building strong stakeholder relationships and communicating complex technical concepts clearly.

o Championing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
