The Operations Manager leads the Victorian Office's projects and team of tradespeople, ensuring that projects are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner without impacting quality and safety. About you:

- Proven experience in team leadership,



operations management, or project management in roofing. Experience in broader construction will be considered, but a strong understanding of roofing projects is a must
- Ability to lead a business unit, ensuring it's complete long term success
- Passionate about people, team performance, and staff development
- Ability to manage schedules and day-to-day operations, with strong planning and problem solving skills
- Familiarity of safety regulations and compliance standards, and how to implement
- Strong leadership, supporting our team of skilled technicians to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard
- Ability to manage a broad mix of different stakeholders

Responsibilities include:

- Lead and develop the Victorian Operations team
- Manage day-to-day and future planned operations of the team
- Support the team to deliver high quality work that meets client expectations
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure client needs are met
- Manage subcontractors when needed
- Work with broader Roof & Building Service team
- Identify training needs and opportunities for project team members
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to foster professional growth
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning within the project team
