Sparky Stock is a growing Australian online electrical retailer supplying quality electrical products, including power points, switches and accessories, to customers across Australia.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Online Support Agent to join our team and help deliver an outstanding experience to our customers.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, is confident using computers and online systems, and wants to be part of a growing e-commerce business.

About the Role

As our Online Support Agent, you'll be one of the main points of contact for Sparky Stock customers. You'll assist customers with product enquiries, orders, deliveries, returns and general support through our online channels.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Responding to customer enquiries via email, live chat and online messaging

- Assisting customers with product and order enquiries

- Providing updates on orders, shipping and deliveries

- Helping customers navigate our online store

- Processing and following up customer service requests

- Assisting with returns, exchanges and warranty enquiries

- Liaising with suppliers,



couriers and other team members when required

- Maintaining accurate customer and order information

- Resolving customer concerns professionally and efficiently

- Providing friendly and helpful service that represents the Sparky Stock brand

- Assisting with general online administration as required

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, professional and confident communicating with customers

- A strong written communicator with good spelling and grammar

- Comfortable working with computers and online systems

- Organised and able to manage multiple customer enquiries

- Reliable and able to work independently

- Patient and solutions-focused when dealing with customer concerns

- Willing to learn about electrical products and our product range

- Able to provide a high level of customer service

Previous experience in customer service, online retail, administration or e-commerce would be highly regarded but isn't essential for the right person.

Knowledge of electrical products, power points, switches or the electrical industry would also be an advantage.
