About Us

Pearl Maintenance is a boilermaking and fabrication business based in Kwinana Beach. We do workshop fabrication, in town jobs, and site work; including ongoing mine site work. We're growing, and we need someone who can run a job without being told twice.

The Role

We're after a Leading Hand Boilermaker who can take a job and run with it - reading drawings, planning the work, keeping the crew on track and getting it done right without a director standing over your shoulder. You'll be leading a small crew and reporting straight to the Director.

This isn't a "wait to be told what to do" role. We need someone who sees what needs doing and does it.

What You'll Be Doing

Running jobs independently across workshop, in town and site work

Leading and mentoring a small crew of boilermakers

Reading and working from technical drawings

Planning job sequencing, materials and timelines

Maintaining quality and safety standards on site and in the workshop

Liaising with the Director and clients on job progress





Potential for site/FIFO work as our mine site work grows

What We're Looking For

Trade qualified Boilermaker with runs on the board

Proven experience leading or supervising a small crew

Confident reading drawings and planning work independently

Robust safety mindset

Reliable, self directed, takes ownership of the job

Site/FIFO experience or willingness to travel for site work highly regarded

Relevant tickets (or willingness to obtain them) - rope access is a plus

Experience with boring, CNC plasma or MEM work highly regarded
