Position Overview
A hands-on role, where you'll be on the tools as well as a providing direction to a small team. As a Leading Hand Mechanic,
you will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of skilled mechanics while assisting the Store Manager with efficient workflow and job allocation through the workshop.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience within the automotive industry, particularly senior technicians or supervisors.
Success Profile
- Leadership and the ability to delegate
- Good communication skills and taking pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to problem solve and work in a fast paced environment
- Maintain a safe & organised work workplace
- Ability to motivate team members
- Certificate 3 in Automotive Technician (Light)
- Valid Australian drivers licence
- Availability to work a minimum of every second Saturday
