About the Role
Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture Programs, you'll lead contemporary learning and development initiatives that strengthen workforce capability, support career development and improve employee engagement.
You’ll work with managers and teams to understand learning needs, design and facilitate creative and engaging learning solutions, support performance and development planning, and turn survey and learning data into practical actions.
