About the role:
Operating within Learning & Development, the Learning & Development Partner - Culture Leadership is a digitally enabled learning and organisational development skilled responsible for partnering with leaders and stakeholders across the university to design, develop, facilitate and evaluate leadership, culture and capability initiatives that strengthen business effectiveness and enrich employee experiences. Reporting to the Manager - Learning & Development Manager,
the position plays a key role in delivering ACU's leadership development strategy, culture improvement initiatives and organisational capability programs and will combine expertise in leadership development, instructional design, organisational culture diagnostics and change enablement to support enterprise-wide capability uplift and strategic transformation initiatives. The Learning & Development Partner provides specialist advice and consulting support to management teams and contributes to the successful implementation of organisational change initiatives, including HRIS programs, by ensuring learning, adoption, process improvement, behavioural change and culture outcomes are effectively embedded.
