We are looking for a Legal Secretary to join our Sydney CBD team, supporting solicitors in personal injury, workers’ compensation, and TPD claims.

Role Overview You will provide high-level administrative and legal support to our solicitors, ensuring the smooth running of personal injury matters and contributing directly to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to solicitors across workers’ compensation, CTP claims, and TPD claims.

Act as the first point of contact for clients, insurers, medical providers, and other stakeholders.

Draft and prepare correspondence to clients, insurers, treatment providers, hospitals, and the Independent Review Office (IRO).

Manage client communications regarding appointments, updates, and general enquiries.





Draft letters of instruction to Independent Medical Examiners (IME).

Prepare settlement documents, costs schedules, PIC applications, wage schedules, and assist with brief preparation.

Open, maintain, and close legal files.

Diarise key dates, appointments, and statutory deadlines.

Key Requirements Previous experience as a legal secretary in personal injury / workers’ compensation.

Strong document drafting and file management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Professional communication skills and a client-focused approach.
