Role Overview We are seeking to hire two legal interns. This role offers hands-on experience with the opportunity for visa sponsorship leading to Australian Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities Provide a welcoming presence at the front desk, managing client and visitor interactions with professionalism

Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, document handling, and filing

Support solicitors with legal research and case preparation

Maintain office organization and manage day-to-day operations efficiently

Respond to phone and email inquiries with clear and timely communication

General cleaning of the office Assist in managing client records and confidentiality Key Requirements working a minimum of 2 days per week

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Strong organizational and time management skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks





Previous experience in a legal or professional office setting is preferred but not essential Why Join Us?
