Role Overview
We are seeking to hire two legal interns. This role offers hands-on experience with the opportunity for visa sponsorship leading to Australian Permanent Residency.
Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming presence at the front desk, managing client and visitor interactions with professionalism
- Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, document handling, and filing
- Support solicitors with legal research and case preparation
- Maintain office organization and manage day-to-day operations efficiently
- Respond to phone and email inquiries with clear and timely communication
- General cleaning of the office
- Assist in managing client records and confidentiality
Key Requirements
- working a minimum of 2 days per week
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Robust organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Previous experience in a legal or qualified office setting is preferred but not essential
