and takes pride in supporting a high-performing team. You’ll work closely with Partners and lawyers in our Workplace & Employment Law practice, providing top-tier administrative and legal support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Your Responsibilities Will Include: Providing comprehensive administrative and legal support to the Workplace & Employment Law practice group.
Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, briefs, trial materials and client communications.
Maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems.
Assisting with billing, expense management, and time entry processes.
Handling client liaison, emails, and general office administration.
Supporting matter management, including maintaining records and databases.
Managing document preparation, printing, scanning, and photocopying as needed.
Proactively assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks to support the wider team. What We’re Looking For: At least 1+ years of administration or secretarial experience.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite, billing and document management system skills. A proactive, can-do attitude with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
A commitment to providing a high level of administrative support to the team.
