This opportunity sits within an established advisory platform continuing to build out its M&A; capability in Sydney as part of a broader global corporate finance expansion. The team is focused on mid-market transactions across a diversified client base, positioning itself as a credible challenger within the Australian advisory landscape.

As an Associate, you will be actively involved in the execution of live M&A; mandates, working closely with senior bankers across all aspects of the deal lifecycle. Responsibilities will include financial modelling,



valuation analysis, preparation of client materials, and supporting transaction processes. The role offers consistent exposure to both sponsors and corporate clients, with meaningful responsibility in lean deal teams and a strong emphasis on execution delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years’ experience within investment banking, corporate advisory, or within a corporate finance team. You will be technically robust with proven M&A; execution experience, including financial modelling and valuation, and capable of operating effectively within a high-performing, hands-on environment.
