We operate as a one-stop shop, connecting clients with land, builders, and finance to deliver a seamless house and land journey. With established builder relationships, strong systems, and active lead flow, we are expanding our Queensland operation.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position suited to an experienced operator who has already proven themselves in sales and team leadership.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership from day one, lead a team of 10 consultants, and scale it to 30+.

You will be responsible for performance, structure, and growth of the Queensland sales team while leading from the front.

You will

- Recruit, train, and scale the team to 30+ consultants
- Drive sales performance, KPIs, and accountability
- Run weekly sales meetings and ongoing training
- Oversee the full house and land sales process
- Work closely with brokers, builders, and developers to structure deals
- Assist in closing deals and managing complex scenarios
- Build a strong, high-performance sales culture





What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management role or house and land sales
- Proven ability to lead, train, and scale a sales team
- Strong understanding of the house and land or new home sales process
- Highly driven, organised, and performance-focused
- Confident operating in a fast-paced, growth environment
- Leadership mindset with the ability to lead from the front
