AFMO Administrator CAD (Health Manager Lvl 2) - Capital Works and Infrastructure - Perm FT

You are a highly organised and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in maintaining accurate records, asset information and technical documentation. With robust analytical and problem-solving skills, you are confident identifying issues, investigating solutions and driving process improvements. You enjoy working collaboratively and building positive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, providing responsive customer support and helping users make the most of technology and information systems. Comfortable balancing office-based responsibilities with regular site visits and inspections, you thrive in a varied role that spans CAD drafting and administration, asset and spatial data management, system support, reporting, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience in CAD drafting, spatial data management, asset information systems, or a related facilities, engineering or built environment discipline will be highly regarded, along with qualifications in drafting, facilities management, asset management, engineering, spatial disciplines or equivalent experience. Most importantly, you are excited by the unique opportunity to help shape spatial and asset data practices across one of NSW's largest health districts, directly contributing to healthcare infrastructure, compliance and strategic asset management outcomes. A current Australian C-Class Driver Licence and the ability to travel across multiple SWSLHD sites are essential.

Selection Criteria

To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

Appropriate diploma or degree in drafting,



built environment, facilities management, asset management, engineering or spatial disciplines, or equivalent experience.

Describe your experience producing and maintaining CAD drawings and spatial data. Include an example where you were responsible for ensuring the accuracy of plans, room information or asset data, and explain how you verified the information and managed any discrepancies.

Provide an example of how you worked with multiple stakeholders to gather, validate or update technical information. How did you ensure the information was accurate, manage differing priorities, and achieve a successful outcome?

Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
